The room was nice and quiet, and I felt safe with the smoke detectors in place. It had cable channels for entertainment, plus a dining area and a cozy seating area. the courtyard view was definitely a highlight! 🌿.

Had really great experience, thoroughly enjoyed the service.

The room we had included a microwave, a personal safe, and air conditioner.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel's services, such as dry cleaning and grocery shopping, were a convenient added bonus. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and luxurious experience. The free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

I spent my Christmas in a hotel located in a great part of the city, near two luxury malls. One of the advantages was the presence of two supermarkets outside the hotel that made shopping convenient. the housekeeping services were up to par and the beds were really comfortable. Although I got food poisoning, one of the staff members provided me with some free medication, which I thought was very kind of them.

The hotel had a swimming pool, but it was rather shallow. Another issue was that when it got dark in the evening, there was not enough lighting around the pool area.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. We loved the exclusive rooftop pool and fully equipped gym facilities. The location was perfect, with luxury malls just a short shuttle ride away. The neighborhood was also great, with supermarkets just outside.

Located in a wonderful neighborhood near luxury malls, Shama offers spacious, clean suites with fully equipped gym and exclusive rooftop pool. the beds are comfortable and housekeeping services are world-class. the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating, providing world-class experience. the hotel's shuttle service is a great plus, allowing guests to visit the nearby Emquartier and Emporium luxury malls anytime.

The swimming pool is a bit shallow and the lighting could be better for a better experience after sunset.

On my recent city break, I found the perfect accommodation - centrally located, close to amazing malls and supermarkets, and with friendly and helpful staff that made my stay a breeze. The suites were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The gym was modern and had all the necessary equipment, and the exclusive rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the city.

The only downsides were the pool lighting, which made it quite dark after sunset, and the shallow depth of the pool. However, these are minor details in comparison to the overall experience I had with the wonderful location, great service, and comfortable beds.
